Stored content is secured with 256-bit AES encryption. This applies to files and other data in the system.
During access
You control who can see a board and what they are allowed to do there, using passwords, roles, and sharing settings.
When you share content with others, access remains controllable. You assign permissions based on the intended purpose, for example for reading, editing, moderation, or ownership. Password-protected boards are also possible.
