Collaboard offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via email, M365, Google, Apple and SAML Single Sign-On (SSO), hosting locations via cloud in Europe, self-hosting options and customized security settings.
Collaboard is currently optimized for the desktop, but there is a mobile web version that can be used with full functionality and equally on tablets and other mobile devices.
In the free version and the Basic version, Collaboard is hosted on MS Azure (Netherlands). Hosting options in Switzerland, the Netherlands and Germany are available for the Advanced plan. Self-hosting via on-premises or private cloud is also available from the Enterprise version onwards.
Yes, Collaboard can be integrated into Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex and other tools.

In the free version of Collaboard you will find everything you need for orientation and for your first boards. Register here for free and get instant access. The free plan allows up to 3 whiteboards with a maximum of 5 participants per board, 15 MB for audio, video and file upload as well as access to all key whiteboard functions.

Guest users can participate in your boards without logging into Collaboard. Up to 20 guests can be invited per board from the Basic version upwards. From the Advanced version, the number of guest users is unlimited.
