In the free version of Collaboard you will find everything you need for orientation and for your first boards. Register here for free and get instant access. If you would like to create a larger number of boards or collaborate with more people, the Basic, Advanced or Enterprise versions may be of interest to you.

What is included in the free version of Collaboard?

The free plan allows up to 3 whiteboards with a maximum of 5 participants per board, 15 MB for audio, video and file upload as well as access to all key whiteboard functions.

What are guest users and how can I invite them?

Guest users can participate in your boards without logging into Collaboard. Up to 20 guests can be invited per board from the Basic version upwards. From the Advanced version, the number of guest users is unlimited.

Can I host Collaboard on my own server?

Yes, in the Enterprise plan we offer options for self-hosting, including on-premises and private cloud.

Are there discounts or special licenses for educational institutions or authorities?

What cloud hosting options are available?

In the free version and the Basic version, Collaboard is hosted on MS Azure (Netherlands). Hosting options in Switzerland, the Netherlands and Germany are available for the Advanced plan. Self-hosting via on-premises or private cloud is also available from the Enterprise version onwards.

Does Collaboard offer integrations with other tools?

Yes, Collaboard can be integrated into Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Cisco Webex and other tools.

Does Collaboard offer a mobile app?

Collaboard is currently optimized for the desktop, but there is a mobile web version that can be used with full functionality and equally on tablets and other mobile devices.
